The system combines the versatility and reliability of steel, the accuracy of convenience of an entirely pre-fabricated off site production process. Delivering an outstanding high tensile steel product, made up of cold formed pre-fabricated steel studs.

Steel studs are at the heart of the Versaframe system. These compact and light weight building blocks are produced and customized for each job. With a high tensile strength, they are ideal for framing buildings, giving added flexibility that cannot be attained using traditional wooden building materials.

Each stud is custom cut by the Versaframe system, to specifications of design, ensuring an accurate easily assembled end product.

The steel studs are produced pre punched with the necessary holes for assembly and allowances for electrical or plumbing services as specified by the design.

Each component and feature is labelled and referenced to the design automatically by the machine, to ensure that tit can be easily and accurately assembled on site.

Versaframe structures are exceptionally fast to construct with up to 80% of the framing work done off site, offering builders the opportunity to have a cleaner and more efficient construction site.
